What is the Onboarding Process

• Contact A recruiter will contact you to address questions, explain agency features, and collect information (if one proceeds to continue).
• Eligibility A background check will commence to determine eligibility—we must receive confirmation of status and eligibility on the electronic Guardian system.
• Training The caregiver will go through our company training program, which typically lasts 2-6 weeks (depending on the caregiver’s experience).
• Official The caregiver will be officially on our agency’s roster. Interactions with clients can commence.
